Why "Cornerstone?"

The name Cornerstone Bakery is inspired by Acts 4:11–12, where Jesus is described as the cornerstone, the foundation on which everything else is built.

Just as a cornerstone provides strength and stability to a building, I want this bakery to be built on a foundation of faith, integrity, and the excellence of serving others. Every loaf, cookie, and recipe is created to glorify God, who is the true foundation of this dream.

This bakery is also a celebration of family. Growing up, the kitchen was where recipes, stories, laughter, and traditions were shared across generations. Those moments taught me that food has a unique way of bringing people together.

At Cornerstone Bakery, we see Jesus and food as the foundation of all tables. Every product is made with that same heart to honor my family's traditions, share the flavors of my Puerto Rican heritage, and create baked goods that help make every table feel a little more like home.
